Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the maurorendr website and any motion design services you purchase from Intrepid Kid, LLC ("maurorendr," "we," "us"). By purchasing a project, subscribing to Pro, or otherwise engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

We offer motion design services in two forms:

• Starter — a one-time, one-off project: a single production-ready motion piece delivered for a fixed price, with a defined number of revision rounds.
• Pro — a monthly subscription giving you an unlimited request queue, with one request worked on at a time. As soon as one request is completed, the next one in your queue begins.

Starter projects are billed in full at checkout, processed securely through Stripe. Pro is billed monthly in advance through Stripe on a recurring basis; your subscription automatically renews each month until you cancel. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply.

Pro is a month-to-month subscription. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

Each tier includes a defined number of revision rounds (see Pricing on our homepage). Requests for work substantially beyond the agreed scope of a project may be treated as a new request in your queue (Pro) or quoted separately (Starter).

Once a Starter project is paid in full, or once a Pro request is completed within an active subscription period, you own the final delivered files and may use them as you see fit. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing. Any underlying project files, templates, or tools we use to produce your work remain our property.

You're responsible for providing timely feedback, brand assets, and any materials needed to complete your project. Delays in feedback may extend turnaround times.

Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Intrepid Kid, LLC's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may suspend or end services to any client who violates these Terms, engages in abusive conduct, or fails to pay. You may stop working with us at any time subject to the Payment Terms and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Intrepid Kid, LLC, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Continuing to use our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
